Yes… and no. In the summer of 2012, we opened the big garage door into our baking facility and served a limited breakfast and lunch menu. When the large-scale Central Eastside construction project started, we had to close because access streets were being torn up and reconfigured. Currently this space is only used as our baking facility. Check out our three Westside locations.
Unfortunately, we’re not set up for shipping and worry that our products would suffer in transit.
We do! We create special items close to each holiday and offer them in the cafes or through pre-order. We also offer decorated holiday sugar cookies and many other special holiday treats throughout the year.
Sure. Please give us a minimum of 3 days notice and we will have your order boxed up and ready for you.
We do not do wedding cakes in the traditional since. We offer single-tier, simply decorated cakes that can be part of a group of cakes or a dessert table. For more detail, contact us at 971-229-0984
Yes. It’s best to repackage and tightly seal the bread in plastic wrap before freezing. After thawing, try warming the bread in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2-3 minutes. Our pastries also freeze exceptionally well.
It’s best to eat the bread the day you buy it (which of course is the day we bake it!). You can repackage leftovers in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
