The many fanciful and delicious pastries, tarts mini-cakes, heavenly macaroons, salted caramels and homemade marshmallows are thanks to our long-time pastry chef Danielle Hoeft. A true “Sweet Genius,” Danielle always has something up her very creative sleeve. And that includes custom birthday and wedding cakes too.
